Appeared as the frontispiece in Hutchinson’s 1962 book ‘The enchanted voyage’ (New Haven: Yale, 1962), completed in 1961, at which time the print still belonged to him. Copyright is not attributed in this publication. An image of the frontispiece to Hutchinson’s book was reproduced unattributed in Marsha L. Richmond: “The ‘Domestication’ of Heredity: The familial organisation of genetics at Cambridge University, 1895-1910” in Journal of the History of Biology, 39 (3): 565-605.
