(2) covenants not to allow any public sale or auction or 'noisome' trades (specified) on premises; to insure and rebuild in case of damage etc. [These and other standard covenants are repeated in the subsequent leases.](2) covenants to repair tiling, repair and paint chimney shafts, repair decayed brickwork at back, repair doors, floors and lead lights in garret and 'two pair of stairs rooms', wainscoting, sashes, shutters and glass doors in 'one pair of stairs rooms and parlour' etc
